The traditional combination is a combination of a light tulle curtain and heavy curtains. Modern designers, however, often prefer to use a light translucent fabric over a denser base fabric, which gives the window decoration depth and expressiveness.

No less popular is the combination of two light fabrics in contrasting shades, enriching the interior with the dynamics of the movement of air and light.
