Dear Nikolai, even before placing the order, I bored you for a long time with my wishes about how to reduce the proportion of plastic in the structure and thereby increase the proportion of glass (I asked you about lowered sashes, narrowed imposts, crotch beads ...). As an incompetent person, I had nothing to do with the fact that the window openings in our house have rather large quarters. I’m ashamed to admit, but I didn’t even know what a “quarter of a window opening” was. Those 2 cm of the "obstructed opening" in no way prevent the window from being made a few centimeters wider, since I saw the width of the seam filled with foam along the perimeter of the window from the side of the room. By the way, in the kitchen, the window opening is even. In our brick apartment building, the overwhelming majority of residents and even staircases have pvc windows installed. So, for many, the frame is hidden about half and a little more, and for some it is almost invisible at all. The mosquito net is not a problem - it turns out that there are options for Velcro, and if an ordinary frame mesh, then a small strip of the frame on the sides would be enough for it to stand up as expected. Your first drawing with a window opening is clearly not our case. The protruding PSUL, which is depicted in the photos I presented, over the summer became covered with a yellow coating and began to crumble. I had to clean off this crumbling plaque with a brush, smear it a little with cement and paint the PSUL with acrylic paint for outdoor use. On the day of measurement, Vitaly Viktorovich asked what profile I needed, to which I replied to Rehau Delight with a rounded sash and curly glazing bead. Naturally, he was surprised why a five-chamber profile is needed for a single-chamber double-glazed window. To which I answered accordingly - so that more light would pass through the window, since this profile has a more lowered sash, frame and impost. He agreed and for some reason did not offer a more reasonable option with a standard cheap profile and the maximum possible setting of a window box for a quarter, from which the effect in the form of additional illumination is much greater.Naturally, this option is less profitable for the window company than for the customer. The positive reputation of you and your company actually prompted me to order windows in Alyuplast. But do not misunderstand me that I am also a person, even if too principled. I have been waiting for new windows for almost a month (from 18.02 to 16.03). And what was my disappointment to see the usual Rehau Delight instead of the curly profile that I ordered. This window should have been abandoned at once, but the installers have already managed to break the old one. I had to accept it and leave everything as it is. If the word "deception" is not appropriate here, it turns out that I was simply misled when placing an order. And on the day when I signed the contract, I once again asked to show me a sample of the profile I needed (curly with a rounded sash) and indicated that I needed this particular profile. Further, an agreement was drawn up, which indicated the name of the profile "Delight". And how do I know how your profile names are classified there, but there are no inscriptions like "rounded sash" or "curly glazing" in the contract, so I already understood that nothing can prove my case. And what is the point of putting curly glazing beads on the Z57 sashes when I ordered the rounded and even more lowered Z53 sashes.
